
Regional Therapy Leader

This is a leadership opportunity to pioneer a brand-new region and lead a team with autonomy. As a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), you will be empowered to make life-changing impacts on the kids and families you support.
Key responsibilities include building a clinically strong, efficiently run, and client-centric team. You will be expected to drive incredible outcomes for children with autism and developmental delay through evidence-based therapies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven leadership and mentoring skills, as well as self-motivation, confidence, and initiative. A strong background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is essential.
