Senior Sustainability Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned sustainability strategist to join our team and drive our mission of making sustainability happen. As a Senior Sustainability Strategist, you will be responsible for leading client projects and delivering services in line with the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).
You will have a strong background in climate change strategy, including experience in undertaking climate change risk assessments, GHG accounting, and developing decarbonisation strategies. You will also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver client-ready presentations.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement sustainability strategies for large national and multinational companies across various industry sectors. You will also be responsible for managing commercial risk and day-to-day point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead client project teams and act as project manager, providing technical support to junior colleagues.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies for clients, including GHG emissions accounting and decarbonisation plans.
Manage commercial risk and day-to-day point of contact for clients.
Support the development and growth of junior colleagues, including line management responsibilities.
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant work experience in sustainability and climate change strategy.
Demonstrated experience in aspects of climate change strategy, including climate scenario analysis, GHG accounting, and decarbonisation strategies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver client-ready presentations.
Able to distil quantitative and qualitative data and communicate it succinctly to clients.
