Job Overview

  • Suburban Connect is a consortium of global leaders in tunnelling, delivering the Tunnels South package on Suburban Rail Loop East.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee the Red Line Mark-up (RLM) process for all WPC design packages related to the Permanent Works.
  2. Ownership of the Master Drawing Register and As-Built Management Plan.
  3. Tracking and monitoring the status of drawings through the design process.
  4. Facilitate internal meetings with Digital Engineering, Drafters & Document Control to discuss RLMs & As-Builts.
  5. Provide reports on RLM progress to the Completion Manager.

Asset Allocation & Transfer:
  1. Manage the Asset Allocation and Asset Transfer process for all Assets built or modified as part of the WPC scope.
  2. Develop the Asset Allocation and Transfer Register and submission of all handover documentation.
  3. Be the main interface between SC Digital Engineering, GIS, Construction, SRLA Completions and Receiving Entities to ensure early identification of Assets.
  4. Facilitate engagement and agreement of the Asset Transfer process with Receiving Entities.

Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction or Asset Management.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in an Asset Management role within a Construction environment.
  3. Ability to develop, use and maintain administrative systems.
