As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our front-of-house and administrative functions run smoothly and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment that reflects our values and mission.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with excellent customer service experience and a passion for working with vulnerable people. They possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences to all staff and visitors, representing our organisation with pride and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses to phone and email enquiries.
  • Coordinate officer resources, data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, including sign-in and out of staff, visitors, and contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service experience, with a focus on empathy and kindness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with database and/or Customer Relationships Management (CRM) software.
  • A commitment to upholding Child Safe Standards in the workplace.
