Marketing and Communications Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team at the State Government of Victoria, Australia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's brand and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our organization's brand and services, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to engage our audience and promote our brand.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in our brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to ensure alignment and consistency in our marketing efforts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
- Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
- Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to create high-quality content, including writing, editing, and designing.
- Social Media Management Skills: Experience managing social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Brand Management Skills: Ability to ensure consistency in brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
