About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our membership growth and engagement through comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote membership growth and engagement, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and branding.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Events: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and branding.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Website and Social Media Management: Maintain and update the organisation's website and social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant content.
  • Member Communication: Assist in the development and execution of member communication strategies.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and experience with graphic design software.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organisational and project management skills, a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for community engagement and the mission of the non-profit sector.
