About the Role

The Development Manager - Marketing and Communications is a key position within the Development Office at Positive Impressions Childcare III. This role is responsible for leading and managing the marketing, communications, enrolments, and alumni functions of the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the College's marketing strategy to promote the College's brand and increase enrolments.
  • Manage the College's digital and social media presence to engage with current and prospective families.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of student recruitment and retention strategies to maximize and maintain enrolments in all areas of the College.
  • Lead the Development Office team, including College Enrolment officers, Marketing and Communications Officer, Administration Assistant - Development Office, Alumni Relations Officer, and Alumni Relation Administrative Assistant.
  • Collaborate with the College community to promote the College's aspirations and achievements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, and development in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies.
