Grounds Maintenance Crew

Our organization is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Crew member to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining lawns and gardens, trimming hedging and cutting back overgrown brush, and spraying weeds to keep areas looking their best.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces by operating a ride on mower.
  • Ensure all external landscaping features are well-maintained, including trees, shrubs, and hedges.
  • Remove weeds and debris from designated areas.
About This Opportunity
  • A permanent full-time role with regular income, Monday to Friday.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including first aid and white card certification as required.
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($35-40PH).
Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial grounds maintenance is essential.
  • Horticultural or landscaping accreditations are highly regarded.
  • You must hold a clean Australian driver's license.
  • High level of physical fitness is required for this role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are necessary.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and police check.
  • Must have the right to live and work permanently in Australia.
