The role of a Grounds Maintenance Specialist is vital in ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of our holiday park. We are seeking an experienced professional who can take on daily grounds upkeep, garden maintenance, and minor repairs across various facilities.

This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining immaculate presentation standards throughout the holiday park's grounds, gardens, amenities, and facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas
  • Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs
  • Servicing splash parks and public areas
  • Assistance with gardening projects and basic mechanical repairs

Requirements:

We require candidates with experience in similar roles, as well as qualifications such as First Aid Level 2, Current CPR, National Police Check clearance, and Working with Children's Check or equivalent.

Candidates should also have a solid understanding of equipment operation and maintenance, including lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools.
