Grounds Maintenance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a grounds maintenance professional. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of our sites by overseeing and performing required maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of our sites through proactive measures.
- Ensure the quality and safety of grounds maintenance activities through regular checks.
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in horticulture or related fields.
- Working knowledge of basic grounds maintenance equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and hedge cutters.
- A valid drivers license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Non-citizens are encouraged to apply with verifiable work rights for Australia or working towards citizenship.
