Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and implementation of complex technical solutions.

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, publication, implementation, and compliance of all program/project deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.
  • Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes.
  • Lead a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions.
  • Maintain and manage effective working relationships and engage with third parties that provide technical support for the enterprise infrastructure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with Windows & Linux Operating systems.
  • Configuration management tools such as Puppet.
  • Load balancing tools such as HA Proxy.
  • Power shell scripting.
  • High availability solutions such as DRDB.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience designing systems and providing expert knowledge in relevant design standards, techniques, methods, and tools for large-scale complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of changes for large complex IM/ICT program/project(s).
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
