This role is ideal for someone who enjoys representing an organisation in the Professional Services industry.

We are seeking a skilled Front of House concierge to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, answering and directing incoming calls, ensuring the front office and reception are clean and tidy at all times, and providing menus for lunches.

They will also be responsible for managing costs for food purchased and staffing for events, arranging beverages and catering for meetings, setting up meeting rooms for specific events and/or meetings, and supervising external temp staff.

In addition, they will check and restock fridges in the front of house kitchen with refreshments.

We are looking for someone with good organisational and time management skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, previously worked closely with marketing teams on events, barista skills in making tea and coffees for client and internal meetings, willingness to learn new skills, strong client focus and understanding of client needs, and proven interpersonal skills with confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist with overflow administration
  • Stationary orders and office maintenance requests
  • General administration support
  • Provide menus for lunches
  • Manage costs for food purchased and staffing for events
  • Arrange beverages and catering for all meetings
  • Set up meeting rooms for specific events and/or meetings
  • Direct and supervise external temp staff
  • Check and restock fridges in front of house kitchen with refreshments

Requirements:
