**Job Title:** Front of House SupervisorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House (FOH) supervisor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.**Key Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests• Train and mentor FOH staff to ensure peak performance• Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to deliver smooth and efficient service• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house areas• Assist with the planning and execution of special events and promotions• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options• Maintain a well-stocked and organised bar, ensuring all products are rotated and presented properly• Provide recommendations to guests on drinks and pairings• Ensure accurate cash handling and efficient service during peak hours• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar**Requirements:**• RSA Certificate (essential)• Proven hospitality experience in bartending and/or front-of-house service• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease• Knowledge of bar operations and mixology• Organised, efficient, and able to multitask• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays• Positive attitude and genuine passion for great service**Benefits: - Competitive pay: $31.19 - $34.00 per hour (casual rate)- Opportunities for professional growth and training- Employee discounts on food and drinks- A supportive, friendly, and fun work environment**How to Apply:** Send your resume and a short cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
