About the Role

As the Regional Operations Director at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for leading our APAC operations regional team. Your primary focus will be on managing a team that executes regional processes and oversees the daily operations of local depots and their respective teams. Your goal will be to drive operational results in terms of fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the regional team and local teams in your region.
  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations execution and actively manage the team to achieve results defined for the region.
  • Oversee the performance of local operations and ensure that operating standards are being followed and operational objectives are being met.
  • Guarantee that the customer is first and address all customer feedback with utmost importance.
  • Coordinate with central teams to ensure processes are well defined and adapted to the regions.
  • Lead, coordinate, and deliver projects related to operational expansion within your region.
  • Responsible for P&L management of your region, including identifying efficiency initiatives and their effective deployment.

Requirements

  • Background in Business Management, Engineering, or similar education.
  • At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
  • Experience in strategic consulting or finance-related positions is a plus.
  • More than 3 years of proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L ownership and direct control over operational financial performance.
  • Proven track record in establishing operational standards and developing structured operations.
  • Proven track record in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Thrives under pressure and is able to coordinate the efforts of big teams.
  • Organized, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
