We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and developing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Key qualifications include:
- Over 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced operations role
- Background in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in project management and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated professional demeanor with the ability to build positive relationships
- Enthusiastic and willing to assist the team in any capacity
- Proficient with computers and software programs, including Salesforce and Google Suite
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
