Job Title: Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a keen financial services professional looking to take the next step in their career.

You will support the District Manager and Executive Manager in driving regional revenue and growth through excellent customer service, connecting customers to products, and effective risk management.

The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of business customers, providing value to customers across Agri, Commercial and Small Business channels in each regional market.

This role requires exceptional organisation and planning skills, understanding and application of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections, property valuation, credit mediation, security requirements and credit checking.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Maximise the visibility of the bank brand throughout the region by actively promoting the company at public events.
  2. Manage the bank's relationship with customers within your assigned portfolio tier.
  3. Support improvements and monitor customer satisfaction outcomes for the portfolio.
  4. Assist with understanding of and meeting of customer needs as well as lending needs and collaborate across channels to meet customer needs.
  5. Design, implement and monitor an annual portfolio business, marketing, and business plan to achieve desired portfolio growth.
  6. Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to drive a 'one team' approach ensuring support and service delivery as well as achieving customer and business needs.
  7. Provide development opportunities for staff to allow achievement of current and future objectives and desired staff satisfaction results.

  • Tertiary Qualifications in business, commercial or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services.
  • Able to build strong relationships in relation to matters involving a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all working relationships including being able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
