Deal Execution Specialist

The key objective of this role is to deliver successful deal execution within our Housing Programs team. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as commercial teams, risk management, legal counsel, and treasury, to drive transactional support and ensure timely closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex financial contracts from inception to financial close, ensuring all conditions precedent are met.
- Collaborate with commercial managers, legal experts, risk specialists, and treasury teams to provide critical transactional support.
- Coordinate transactions involving intricate deal structures to financial close and settlement, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Establish clear audit trails of decisions made during the transaction process.
- Oversee risk approvals for waivers or variations, exercising prudent judgment and caution.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across the organization to foster alignment and achieve successful deal execution.
This position requires a deep understanding of finance agreements and loan documentation, strong analytical skills, and a solutions-focused approach to work.
