We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deal Execution Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in the deal process, working closely with the Sales Team and cross-functional departments to facilitate smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Team in building non-standard or complex orders by leveraging excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage Salesforce data integrity, update accounts, edit reports, and assist with customer consumption and overage tracking to ensure accurate records.
  • Support the Sales Team with contract signature process, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to learn business needs and help facilitate the deal process, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Review deals for accurate terms, billing information, and pricing to guarantee seamless transactions.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations/Deal Desk or related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to analyze data and create insightful reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with enthusiasm and excellent organizational abilities.
