Are you looking to build a career in high-impact advisory work? Join our Enterprise Mid-market Deals team as an Executive, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals on complex transactions and strategic projects that shape the future of leading businesses.

KPMG Enterprise Mid-market Deals team in Sydney are leading and trusted Transaction Services advisors to high growth founder lead businesses, medium to large private companies, family groups, ASX200+ companies, private equity and venture capital.

Your Opportunity

Forming part of the Transaction Services team, you will:

• Support the execution of deals, including detailed financial analysis to understand the key drivers of business performance

• Assist in preparing client deliverables, due diligence reports, and other presentations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to clients

• Contribute to business development initiatives and internal projects

Your Experience

• 2 years' experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax, or Transaction Services (Big 4 or similar preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• CA qualification completed or in progress

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for learning and growth (particularly with respect to corporate finance)

• Based in Sydney or willing to relocate

Qualifications

A degree in Commerce or Finance and/or a professional accounting or finance qualification.
