Housing Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Housing Programs group, you will play a critical role in delivering deal execution and ensuring seamless outcomes for our lending transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in financial close processes involving debt & equity structuring, legal negotiations, and base rate setting within property or infrastructure finance. They will possess a strong understanding of finance agreements and loan documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities will include managing commercial contracts to financial close, overseeing the execution process for lending transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and coordinating transactions involving complex deal structures.
