Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Service Coordinator to fill this critical role. This position involves managing customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts
- Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
- Attend to customer payments when required
- Data entry involving timecards, service information and invoicing as well as varied tasks from the accounts department
- Controlling vehicle condition reports whilst liaising with customers on pick up/drop off
- Upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance and consumables
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Experience with workshop operations
- Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry - transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded
- Ability to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
