We are looking to appoint a Workshop Service Coordinator at our Noble Park location to manage customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
  • Attend to customer payments when required
  • Data entry involving timecards, service information and invoicing as well as varied tasks from accounts department
  • Controlling vehicle condition reports whilst liaising with customers on pick up/drop off
  • Upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance and consumables

Knowledge And Experience
  • Proven administration and customer service experience
  • Experience with workshop operations
  • Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry - transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded
  • Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
