Workshop Service Coordinator

Position: Workshop Service Coordinator Location: Noble ParkWe are seeking a Workshop Service Coordinator to manage customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.
The role involves maintaining customer relationships, managing bookings, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts.Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling.Attend to customer payments as required.Perform data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing, along with various tasks from the accounts department.Control vehicle condition reports and liaise with customers on pick-up/drop-off.Maintain workshop documents including service records, quality assurance, and consumables.
Knowledge and Experience: Proven administration and customer service experience.Experience with workshop operations.Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry; experience in hydraulics and/or braking is highly regarded.Ability to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
