Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management or supervisory roles, with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in beauty and skincare products. You will have strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
About the Role:
- Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
- Help manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Provide input on store performance and areas for improvement.
- Step in for the Store Manager as required and ensure the team remains motivated and productive.
