Regional Commercial Law Lead

This critical role oversees the legal affairs of our organization, ensuring seamless advice and support for commercial teams across the Asia-Pacific region.

A key member of senior leadership teams, you will partner with commercial management to drive business growth while protecting organizational interests.

The successful candidate will manage a team of lawyers across multiple countries, analyzing regional legal and corporate risks, and providing recommendations as needed.

To excel in this position, you must possess superior knowledge of legislation and legal systems, facilitating analysis of complex information and issues.

You will also be expected to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, leveraging entrepreneurial skills, pragmatism, and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
