This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Commercial Law Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Providing practical legal advice to business leaders on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters
  • Supporting marketing, sales, supply chain, and procurement teams with legal input
  • Managing external counsel where required
  • Assisting with governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years PQE, with experience gained in a leading law firm and/or in-house environment
  • A strong background in commercial law; FMCG, retail, or consumer sector experience highly regarded
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a commercial and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on style
