APAC Commercial Law Leader

This role oversees all commercial legal affairs within the Asia Pacific Region, leading the Legal Commercial Team and working closely with Global Revenue and Marketing management teams.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance and support to commercial teams across the region
- Manage a team of lawyers located in various countries across APAC
- Partner with senior commercial management and play a key role in senior leadership teams
- Analyze regional legal and corporate risk, offering alternatives and recommendations
- Draft and negotiate major commercial contracts in collaboration with the Global Contracts Management teams
- Minimum 15 years' legal experience with proven leadership in a law firm or publicly-traded company
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Hold a degree in law and have a legal license, mastering common law
