Telecommunications Field Specialist

This role involves ensuring the functionality of a sophisticated satellite ground station. As the Junior Maintenance Field Service Representative, you will work closely with the government client to resolve corrective maintenance issues and collaborate with the site maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The Day-to-Day- Working closely with the government client on resolving corrective maintenance issues
- Collaborating closely with support contractors for calibrations of various fielded equipment
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
- Ensuring systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support delivery of contract deliverables
- Resolving customer specific issues and improving service methodologies to increase team productivity and performance
- Production of technical and calibration reports for managers and government partners
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing work objectives
- Continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and driving efficiency
- A broad technical understanding of telecommunications processes, systems, infrastructure, and technologies
- Hold current trade qualifications in a related field
- Experience in a telecommunications maintenance role
- Experience utilizing various RF test equipment and methodologies
