Leadership Position

This role entails orchestrating the entirety of the M&A lifecycle, encompassing a myriad of tasks such as HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes, including onboarding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Work closely with Directors to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on organizational design and talent management.
  • Cultivate leadership capabilities through change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions for acquired companies, focusing on talent retention, succession planning, and leadership readiness.
  • Promote high-performance cultures by driving employee engagement and corporate strategy alignment.
  • Serve as a liaison between the people M&A team and various HR functions to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive M&A experience.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A, including HR due diligence and pre and post-merger integration.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks while delivering results efficiently.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Ambassadorial qualities, enabling effective collaboration across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and execute programs aimed at driving business outcomes.
  • Expert storytelling skills, facilitating the translation of complex HR concepts into actionable narratives.
  • Analytical prowess, coupled with success in developing data-driven solutions to drive business impact.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, adept at navigating multiple levels of the HR stack to drive strategic impact.
