The role of a Strategic Transformation Lead is pivotal in driving operational change within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple projects and programs concurrently.
- Scope, plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project and program lifecycle, from design to delivery.
- Develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals and deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with business strategy.
- Manage project budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Implement quality requirements to ensure project success.
- Support the delivery of successful transformation by integrating change management into the project and governance framework.
- Lead team members including performance management, talent development, and recruitment.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and adhere to organizational safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least ten years' experience in project management, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing, supply chain operations, or similar.
- Formal qualification in project management (PMP preferred).
- Proven project management, transformation, and change management skills and experience.
- Experience in undertaking engineering projects, with a strong preference for civil and structural projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
