About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a Strategic Business Transformation Lead to contribute to a major web page modernisation project. As a key liaison between business needs and technical solutions, you will oversee the elicitation, documentation, and management of high-level and detailed business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user interface designs using User-Centred Design (UCD) principles aligned with industry standards and guidelines.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit and analyse business needs, applying a technical lens to requirements.
  • Analyse, document, and implement technology solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Specify business, functional, and non-functional requirements in user stories suitable for Agile projects.
  • Lead and mentor junior Business Analysts, delegating tasks and guiding the team towards successful project delivery.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory due to the project's nature and security requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and business acumen, with experience in driving business transformation initiatives. Key skills and qualifications include:
