Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Associate Commercial Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the commercial oversight of our Metropolitan Mobile Radio (MMR) network contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the Commercial Manager, identifying and analysing commercial implications arising from operational issues and challenges. They will contribute to the development of effective commercial solutions and strategic responses.

  • Analyse contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing commercial risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct market research to inform benchmarking and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and organised records including amendments and correspondence.
  2. Monitor contract performance and compliance with established terms and conditions, including those pertaining to sub-contractors.
  3. Assist in the preparation and thorough documentation of contract variations, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected and justified.

Requirements:

- Proficient in contract administration, negotiation, and analysis.
