Key RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and growing customer relationships across the New South Wales coal mining sector.
This role is primarily focused on customer account management, delivering solutions that add value to our customers' operations and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the NSW coal sector, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical sales support and product recommendations related to underground strata reinforcement and support systems.
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions using our product range.
- Implement regional and customer-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and report on product performance, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
You have significant underground mining experience, ideally within the coal sector.
A solid understanding of ground support materials and installation practices is highly desirable.
You possess a strong customer focus and have demonstrated experience in key account management, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
You are a self-motivated professional with a proven ability to develop customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and influence technical decision-making.
