Role Summary:

The Mining Support Representative will provide direct support to one of our major accounts in the Hunter Valley region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and capturing aftermarket sales opportunities
  • Overseeing customer account management to ensure sales opportunities are captured while regularly reporting on customer fleet performance
  • Maintaining and forecasting data for sales opportunities leading to the execution of aftermarket sales strategies
  • Collaborating with site specialists to support fleet performance and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets within a customer-facing role
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong, positive relationships with customers
  • Ability to problem solve while having well-developed analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

This is an entry-level full-time position, working Monday to Friday from our Mount Thorley Branch. The successful applicant will be required to complete a satisfactory National Criminal History Check as part of the recruitment process.
