Site Service Fitter

Are you a skilled and safety-focused professional looking for a challenging role in the mining industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Service Fitter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major mining sites, Monday to Friday, with all travel expenses covered.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on customer sites and in the workshop
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal operational disruptions
  • Provide detailed photographic reports and maintenance recommendations to clients
  • Maintain high equipment availability through efficient planning and execution
  • Uphold strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Mechanical trade qualifications (essential) and valid Driver's Licence
  • Hands-on experience with screens and centrifuge, sizers and crushers and centrifugal pumps (Krebs, Warman, Metso)
  • Previous experience in a field service role
  • Clean track record in the mining industry
  • Computer literacy for report generation and communication
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving work requirements
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
