As a seasoned professional, you'll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of engineers in delivering exceptional software solutions to our customers.

The role involves championing best engineering and delivery practices while empowering your direct reports to excel in their roles. You'll also be responsible for fostering a world-class engineering culture within the team and driving continuous improvement through proactive reviewing and implementing best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, mentoring, and setting clear direction
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying and addressing blockers to maintain momentum
  • Maintaining accurate and sustainable delivery systems within the team
  • Collaborating with peers in Product, Design, and engineering to contribute to clear roadmaps and plans that deliver business outcomes efficiently

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • In-depth experience managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean-Agile techniques
  • Excellent grasp of modern software development life cycle and practices
  • Strong execution skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives to successful completion
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to lead and guide the team in dynamic environments
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams
