For a software delivery leader, driving successful technical initiatives and continuous improvement across squads is essential. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution through every stage of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software delivery from start to finish, maintaining a focus on delivering results in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Promote agile practices by facilitating regular team meetings and encouraging collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to prioritize tasks and manage delivery timelines effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders using structured updates and reporting tools.
  • Monitor project health, track team velocity, and proactively address any risks or obstacles that may impact delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, promote agile thinking, and ensure compliance with organizational frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software delivery leadership roles, overseeing agile delivery and release cycles across cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Skilled in utilizing modern project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to track progress and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate delivery processes efficiently.
  • Effective communicator who can provide clear updates and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
