Software Delivery Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced software delivery team lead to oversee the development and deployment of high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing software delivery teams, ensuring predictable and sustainable delivery pipelines, and maintaining accurate and fit-for-purpose delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering software products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of software products by removing friction in the development process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern software delivery practices and lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address blockers in the delivery pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in software delivery management using Lean-Agile techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of modern software delivery practices and lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to balance individual needs with business requirements.
  • Ability to build high-performing, innovative, and experimental teams that learn through failure.
  • A background in software or infrastructure with a basic understanding of modern CI/CD practices.
