We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our delivery teams and drive the engineering strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping product and technology roadmaps that enable us to deliver impactful solutions for small business owners and the self-employed.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving the Product Development lifecycle to align with business outcomes. You will provide mentorship and support to align technology, delivery, and product outcomes with our customer-focused mission.

Collaborating with leaders, you will drive the engineering strategy, establishing sustainable systems of work that empower teams to thrive as they build and operate software with integrity and excellence.

You will inspire innovation, incremental delivery, and continuous improvement, ensuring security and compliance remain at the forefront of our operations.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with sophisticated system architectures
  • Expertise in implementing continuous delivery, agile, and lean practices
  • A solid understanding of microservices architecture, React Native, GraphQL and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with domain-driven design principles
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
