As a Concierge for a prestigious residential tower, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming residents, visitors, and contractors with a friendly approach
  • Assisting with resident requests and general enquiries
  • Maintaining building access and security protocols
  • Coordinating deliveries and managing mail and parcel systems
  • Reporting maintenance issues or building concerns promptly
  • Supporting building management and contributing to a positive, safe community

This full-time position involves working night shifts on a seven-day rotating roster, requiring flexibility and adaptability. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have experience in customer-facing roles, and are comfortable working autonomously, this may be the ideal role for you.

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-of-house roles
