We are currently looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Service Ambassador at our esteemed establishment.
About the Role
As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our guests, working closely with our talented team of hospitality professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
- Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Full-time availability including weekends and public holidays is required
- Victorian RSA Certificate is mandatory
