Overview

As a member of the hotel's night team, you will work together to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will report directly to the Front Office Manager and collaborate with various departments to execute outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the hotel offering a warm welcome to all guests entering the hotel.
  • Stay up-to-date on Melbourne trends and product knowledge to create customized experiences for guests.
