Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and friendly individual to join our front desk team as a Front Desk Ambassador. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing unforgettable experiences for families and friends, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk, including greeting guests, providing information, and completing administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Providing recommendations on local attractions and activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or concerns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Experience with a Property Management System (PMS).
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
