Job Title: Head Of Studio

We are seeking an accomplished executive with exceptional leadership skills to spearhead our studio's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving teams through all stages of development, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of game production, from concept to live operations, as well as expertise in mobile market, mobile platforms, F2P game development, and LiveOps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project execution, ensuring timely delivery of new features and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance quality, and streamline processes.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop stronger production skillsets, promoting professional growth and advancement.
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of development on at least three released games as Executive Producer, Development Director, or Game Director.
  • Experience in mobile market, mobile platforms, F2P game development, and LiveOps.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile development, app stores, and modern mobile games.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and team management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
