Studio Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Studio Manager. As the face of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes, managing the team, and driving sales and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 4 blocks of Pilates classes per week, providing clear and precise cueing, and ensuring clients use correct form.
  • Give clients personal attention, modify classes as needed, and inspire a positive environment.
  • Maintain upkeep of the studio, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Manage staff rostering, marketing, and client communications.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, manage client profiles, and build a community culture.
  • Drive sales, merchandise, and membership sales, and implement proactive strategies for growth.
  • Lead the team, provide ongoing mentoring opportunities, and promote work-life balance.

  • Ability to multitask, excellent verbal skills, and willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving lives of others.
  • Knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients, with ability to develop strong relationships.
