We are looking for a Head of TakTik Studios in Sydney.

Overall Management:
Responsible for creation and ongoing management of TakTik Studios.

Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, including TikTok and other key partners, to understand and deliver on their content creation needs.

Team Leadership:
On board and provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the TakTik Studios team.

Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, social-specific content, ensuring it aligns with clients' requirements.

Operational Efficiency: Build, implement and optimize processes, workflows, and policies to streamline content creation, maximize efficiency, and meet tight deadlines.

UGC Creator Management: Manage the onboarding and expectations of User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, ensuring they produce content in line with client expectations.

Quality Control:
Establish and maintain quality control standards for all content produced by TakTik Studios, conducting reviews and revisions as necessary.

Financial Management: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring that projects are executed within budget and that the division meets or exceeds financial targets.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Expansion Planning: Develop strategies for expanding the range of services offered by TakTik Studios i.e. social media buying, SaaS subscription generation, and customer success capabilities.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management of Fabulate on the performance, achievements, challenges, and future plans for TakTik Studios.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the interests of TakTik Studios and Fabulate.

Strategic Partnerships and client acquisition: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that can benefit the division and the company as a whole as well as explore opportunities for acquiring new clients and expanding the client portfolio.

Innovation: Encourage and support innovative ideas and approaches to content creation and delivery.

Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for TakTik Studios and regularly assess and improve its performance.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, both internal and external.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent on the job experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA may be preferred.

Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative agency, media company, or related industry.

Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.

Experience in content creation and social media marketing, with a strong understanding of platforms like TikTok.

Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Strong network and connections within the industry.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.

Experience in managing teams and overseeing content creation processes.

Track record of successful client relationship management and business development.

Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Experience in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
