Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for fitness?

We are seeking a skilled Studio Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality classes that meet our standards
  • Manage the studio's operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow membership and increase revenue
  • Manage sales processes, budgets, and expenses
  • Coordinate class scheduling, trainer rostering, and daily operational procedures
  • Lead local area marketing and outreach efforts, and maintain social media presence
  • Maintain front desk systems and practices, and ensure adherence to studio policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners and corporate clients
  • Oversee the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of studio equipment

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business or administration management
  • Relevant qualifications in Pilates, yoga, or other related fields
  • Strong marketing background and ability to develop effective marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
