Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformation initiatives that drive value across the Operations Division. We're seeking an individual with expertise in structured project delivery, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will design and execute discrete transformation initiatives, guiding them through our transformation lifecycle. They will track progress using established dashboards and enforce cadence for gate reviews.

We're looking for individuals with tertiary qualifications in relevant fields, such as Economics, Commerce, Mathematics/Statistics, or Aviation. Experience in professional services or consulting firms shaping business transformation initiatives is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess high analytical acumen, synthesizing data into actionable insights. Stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams are crucial.

Familiarity with industrial economics concepts, such as unit cost modeling, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop executable initiatives for the transformation roadmap
  • Maintain up-to-date entries in our transformation tracking system
  • Schedule milestones and benefit estimates
