Transformation Program Business Analyst

We seek experienced professionals to drive business process improvement and transformation in the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed end-to-end process maps aligned to business capability models
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into actionable processes and requirements
  • Support functional design documentation and stakeholder walkthroughs
  • Ensure requirements traceability and support all phases of testing
  • Identify gaps between current and future state operations to inform change and training plans

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale programs
  • Strong process mapping, improvement, and re-engineering skills
  • Industry experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or regulated environments
  • Proficiency with tools like Visio or Signavio
  • Experience working in hybrid delivery models
  • Exposure to operational technology, EMS, SCADA, highly desirable
  • Business Analysis certification or 10+ years' experience
  • Skilled communicator with engagement abilities
