You will create engaging programs, resources, and content that align with the organisation's strategy, using adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Design and implement impactful learning programs to support individual growth and organisational capability.
- Develop engaging content and resources that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery of learning programs.
- Support and enhance digital learning systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Monitor and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve learning experiences.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning and Development, preferably in education or human services.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, Human Resources, or Learning Design.
- Strong skills in instructional design and facilitating engaging sessions.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
As a successful candidate, you will be able to:
- Design and deliver high-impact learning programs that meet organisational priorities.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and staff, making learning meaningful and engaging.
- Consistently gather insights, measure impact, and refine programs to deliver value.
- Model the organisation's values and inspire a growth mindset among colleagues.
