Learning Experience Specialist

This role focuses on delivering impactful learning experiences that foster individual and organisational growth.

You will create engaging programs, resources, and content that align with the organisation's strategy, using adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.

  • Design and implement impactful learning programs to support individual growth and organisational capability.
  • Develop engaging content and resources that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent, relevant, and effective delivery of learning programs.
  • Support and enhance digital learning systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Monitor and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve learning experiences.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning and Development, preferably in education or human services.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, Human Resources, or Learning Design.
  • Strong skills in instructional design and facilitating engaging sessions.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
